On le suit depuis plus d'une semaine pour savoir ou il se trouve et comment il evolue, s'il vient droit sur nous ou s'il va juste passe a cote ...... EWINIAR, le premier typhon annonce, est passe hier soir et cette nuit pas trop loin de Taiwan.
Apres deux jours de "Typhoon Warning", le temps a ete un peu perturbe hier soir avec de grandes rafales de vent et quelques grosses averses cette nuit. Finalement, rien de bien mechant.
Mais c'est visiblement le premier d'une serie.

Typhoon Outlook for 2006
Taipei, Taiwan--June 30, 2006- The Central Weather Bureau (CWB) has predicted 24 to 26 tropical storms/typhoons may occur over the western North Pacific and South China Sea for this year, and about four to five of which may affect the Taiwan area. Historical records show that on the average, there are about 26 ~ 27 tropical storms/typhoons form in this area each year and among them three to four may invade Taiwan. The CWB pointed out that only two typhoons formed in the past six months, less than the mean value 4.5.
